Incepted in 1989, we are amongst the leading manufactures and exporters of biscuits, cakes, cookies and rusks. Attributed by freshness, aroma and taste, our products are extensively used in supermarkets, restaurants etc. across the globe.
Keeping up with the legacy of providing the best to its customers, we have recently set up a new unit in Ludhiana, (India) in April 2002 by the name of Bonn Food Industries. The newly set-up unit is being promoted by Bonn Nutrients Pvt. Ltd, which has gained the no. 1 position in its sale of Bread and Biscuits in India. We are having a largest fleet of 150 company owned delivery vans to provide timely deliveries and services to our esteem customers and reaching almost 600 destinations in urban and rural areas on daily basis. Under the flagship of B.F.I, we are manufacturing complete range of Biscuits, Bar Cakes, Traditional Cookies and Rusks (Toasted Bread) for which we have imported a majority of the bakery machines and equipments. With an annual group turnover of USD 25 millions, we have carved a niche and we further intend to expand our business endeavours.

Our Manufacturing Process
Quality is a priority to us and thus we follow a stringent production process. Our manufacturing technique includes the indigenous procedures and only the freshest and choicest ingredients are used in the creation of our mouth watering varieties. Bonn Cookies are made from delicious recipes utilizing the finest milled flours and creamery butter as well as abundant portions of chocolates, nuts, pecans, and raisins.
The recipes are researched for and evolved from various cookies companies and with continued testing and perfecting of other cookies recipes. After mixing up the butter, it is "drooped" onto a baking sheet using Italian machines that are capable of giving different shapes and sizes to cookies. Care is taken so that each cookie is of equal size and spaced evenly on the baking sheet. After this the cookies are sent for baking in state of the art ovens where they are baked with combining traditional methods with advanced technologies.
